1Can I return my order for a refund?
As our incense cones are handcrafted natural goods, we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
2When can I request an exchange?
We accept exchange requests in the following situations: Your product arrived damaged or broken You received the wrong item The product is defective
3What is not eligible for an exchange?
We are unable to process exchanges for: Products that have already been used or burned Change of mind after purchase Scent preference Europe: 3–5 business days USA & Canada: 5–10 business days Rest of the world: 7–14 business days These are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal services, which are beyond our control.

5Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.
