Lift the lid of your clay pot and pick the cone that matches your mood.

Set the cone on the included holder, point facing up.

Light
Hold a flame to the tip for 3–5 seconds until it glows orange.

Blow & Breathe
Gently blow out the flame. Watch the smoke rise. Breathe in.

Clean
Once fully burned and cooled, tap the ash from the holder. Ready for next time.
